(no subject)

Medical was quiet now, Chris was pretty sure she was the only one in the room. She didn't have a concussion and the doctor said the knot on her forehead should heal in a few days.

He also said she could stay in here for as long as she needed. As nice it would be to just curl up on one of the beds and take a nap, Chris knew she should probably go back to her desk. Eventually.

"Sounds like a good idea," after feeling sick most of the morning, now she felt a little hungry.

"Chris, if I'm right, if this has something to do with...China," she takes a breath, "we might have to let the rest of CTU know more details."

"All right," Chris says with a nod, still unsure of what Michelle could mean. She's not sure if this mental fog is to blame on her busy morning or her lack of caffeine.

As they walk out of medical, Michelle fills Chris in on what she's been thinking about over the past few hours.

She doesn't know what she would have done if Chris hadn't survived.
